Discussed the surrounding properties and the Oswald HOA meeting where the applicant was acceptable but there is some community desent.
Discussed the FPL buffer requirements and that the code would call for duplicaton of masonry wall and that allowng the variance would eliminate duplication of walls and create unusable and a place for homeless and varmits to harbor. |
