Scott" Subject: Request for Meeting Regarding The Shores Behavioral Hospital - CD15-06CU Dear Commissioner Guevrekian: Wilson Atkinson and Matthew Scott of Tripp Scott, P.A. represent The Shores Behavioral Hospital, LLC, which is applying for conditional use approval for a 266-bed behavioral health hospital in Oakland Park. As you may know, the Oakland Park Planning and Zoning Board recently recommended approval of our application to the City Commission. Accordingly, the application is scheduled for the January 20, 2016 City Commission agenda. In light of this, Wilson and Matt respectfully request a meeting with you to discuss the project and your staff’s suggested conditions, and to introduce you to key members of The Shores Behavioral Hospital, specifically, Roz Hudson, Division Vice President, and Rob Minor, Vice President Development - Behavioral Health Division. Inasmuch as the City Commission meeting is scheduled for January 20, 2016, they request a meeting sometime during the week of January 4th through 8th, 2016.
